Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Ad Creative/Copywriting Specialist with expertise in offer creation to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling ad copy, creative content, and unique offers that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience across various channels. Responsibilities:

Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX) to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in advertising, copywriting, offer creation, and digital marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
Proven experience in ad creative development, copywriting, content creation, and offer creation, preferably in an agency or corporate marketing environment.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
Ability to distill complex ideas into clear and compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for storytelling, brand building, and offer creation.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and content management systems (CMS).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
