???? RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provides effective and timely customer support in managing, troubleshooting, and resolve customer complaints and other customer related matters through call, email, or chat
* Ensure efficient record keeping of all documents, records, reports, transactions, complaints, and customer interaction
* Provides an excellent quality of customer service with the company’s brand in mind
* Provides maintenance and booking support to clients
* Recommends efficient ways on streamlining current administrative processes in the company

???? QUALIFICATIONS:
* Passionate in engaging and helping different people
* A self-starter, keen to details, multi-tasker, problem solver, organised, strategic, good client service and communication skills (verbal and written), with an ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
* Highly experienced in customer support (email, chat, and phone), strong administrative background, active listening, and streamlining processes
* Works with integrity and confidentiality
