Job Description

Are you passionate in providing Administrative Support such as setting up and implementing CRM, creating systems and process, office management, documents management, graphics creation and repurposing, and social media management? Are you interested to work for an owner of a REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY based in TEXAS, USA?

YOU ARE DEFINITELY WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR! ????

???? RESPONSIBILITIES:
* All administrative support that is required by the CEO/Director including research, creating and edit documents
* Managing emails, calendar, and bookings
* Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
* Help create a system and process to support all business administrative needs
* Set up and implement CRM and client workflow system
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
* Monitor and manage various projects
* Create and repurpose graphics, and captions, and use hashtags to maximize visual impact and engagement on posts
* Produce, publish, and manage content in social media platforms
* Engage content across multiple platforms

???? QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least 2 years experience working as a Senior Admin or similar role
* Proven experience in content publishing, social media management, email management, and administrative assistance
* Experience in project management
* Solid working knowledge of all key social platforms
* Ability to identify, report and track relevant metrics
* Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Creative with high attention to detail
* Commercially minded and strategic in your approach
* A passionate self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
