Students Explore Australia Pty Ltd is on a mission to connect young people with nature, to improve the wellbeing of the next generations. We predominantly achieve this through delivering school camps to Primary and High Schools across Australia, as well as nature based wellbeing programs to kids with special needs. We have been in operation for 9 years and have a reputation for being a leader in engaging youth with outdoor, nature based programs.
Students Explore Australia falls between the tourism and education industries, and operates alongside our sister brand – Aussie Journeys.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will be a powerhouse administrator that enables our programs to be executed smoothly. This directly impacts how many students we can connect with nature, and the quality of those connections. The role can be summed up into 3 major components:
– Providing administrative assistance to help delivery of our All Abilities Camps programs (80%)
– Providing administrative assistance to help delivery of our School Camp Programs (10%)
– Business-specific administration that ensures the continual running of the company (10%)
All training will be provided, and specific tasks will include things such as:
– Creating program delivery timelines and participant registration forms on Microsoft Excel
– Liaising with third-party providers such as accommodations and activity providers to book their services and check availability.
– Communicating with internal staff to help allocate them to programs
– Creating the timings for itineraries using google maps
– Adding third party provider information to our growing database – using Ontraport CRM
– Working with Asana project management software to collaborate with team members on program-specific tasks
– Making sure our google drive folders are organised and have the right information in them.
– Helping to document and organise operating procedures (usually with screen recordings)
– Participating in weekly team meetings and create reports
The Ideal Candidate will be:
– Have a high level of critical thinking and ability to make good decisions
– Extremely organised – almost obsessively organised
– Have 5 years or more experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably with an Australian company
OR have 5 years or more experience as a senior administrator (with references)
– Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of programs and G-Suite Programs
– A highly skilled communicator in email
– Process orientated, and a systematic thinker
– A rigorous advocate for our core values
– Highly detail oriented, with an eye for finding small errors
Other Requirements:
– Stable internet connection with a minimum standard of 20 mbps download / 5 mbps upload
– Life-long learner with a thirst for knowledge
– Ability to understand complex business processes and requirements
– Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
– Knowledge about travel or education preferred but not necessary
The role is permanent fulltime. Our office is located in Everard Park, South Australia 5035, and we work in the Adelaide time zone, which is 6:30am – 3:00pm in the Philippines. We welcome applicants who prefer to work from home, office or a combination of both.

– Salary (paid twice a month): Php 60,000 – Php 80,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
