MultiplyMii is in search of an expert Amazon Account Manager, you will be working with an eCommerce aggregator based in Israel, built from the ground up.

The successful candidate will be a key player in driving business growth by increasing revenue and keeping tip-top account health. This position requires flexibility, organization, strong time management skills, attention to detail, commitment to meet crucial deadlines, as well as someone who will go above and beyond their call of duty. This position is a huge opportunity for those who long to have fun yet a productive team.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in both written and verbal. The ideal candidate has a passion for work, a keen eye for detail, and should be able to work with different personalities.

In this role, you will:

Scorecard’s Outcomes translated into Job responsibilities

– Implement long and short-term strategic direction and plans to drive revenue. Identify and recommend opportunities to support the strategy.
– Be accountable for Amazon store end-to-end management with support of Director of Merchandising, increasing ranking, conversion, and overall sales.
– Launch new products: keywords research, funnels, listing preparations, EBC activities, listing content, backend settings, review generation etc.;
– Drive the success of product launches that include delivering on key factors that support this critical phase of the Amazon product lifecycle.
– Conduct market research and competitor research using Helium10 and provide insights and recommendations
– Pricing and promotions – keep track of competitors promo calendar and proposal
– Build out and maintain promotional calendar
– Executive price changes for promotions or product price increases
– Monitor account health and performance metrics, sales, competitive listings, and pricing, Amazon Advertising trends, best practices and techniques to ensure correct account spend/growth, identify new opportunities and present to management;
– Analyze product ASIN rankings, ratings, customer feedback/reviews, as well as product sales performance to determine the best and worst performing SKUs;
– Stay informed with eCommerce retail industry best practices, new trends and technologies, marketplaces, and platform updates (e.g. Amazon, eBay, etc.);
– Work closely with Customer Service team to strategize ongoing initiatives;
– Conducting A/B tests across campaign variables (e.g. ads, landing pages, bidding) to reach the best results;
– Support the launches of new businesses on Amazon.

About You:

Core qualifications:

– Customer Centricity – Must have a strong customer service mindset (customer first mindset)
– Amazon Platform Proficiency – Must have 3+ years of working experience on Amazon and knowledgeable on Amazon tools and space including but not limited to Amazon Seller Central, Helium10, and/or Jungle Scout.
– Analytical Thinking – Comfortable understanding numbers and reports to make data driven decisions
– Problem Solver – Able to objectively assess difficult situations and execute solutions independently.
– Strong Project Management Skills – On top of the updates and progress of the project, and able to drive action to activities that require urgent attention.
– Strong Communication Skills – Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to drive team communication.
– Easy to Adapt – Ability to adjust and handle tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Team Player – Can virtually manage teams and monitor individual performance versus metrics
