This is an opportunity to join our rapidly growing team with our Headquarters based in Florida supplemented with an International remote team. This position will be an integral part of our team as we embark on the next phase of our growth.

The ideal candidate will be able to make good decisions independently and will serve as a key part of our strategic vision. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing, implementing and managing the tactical day to day operations of the Holiday Traditions brand.

ROLE
To own several key account management metrics and have a direct and visible impact on the long-term success of the business. The primary function of the Brand Manager is to ensure the overall success of the company’s products on Amazon. This includes ensuring the best products for the brand are sourced with defensibility in mind, launching those products effectively, and maintaining a minimum level of profitability per product.
The Brand Manager will oversee every area of product success on Amazon, identify solutions or improvements, and coordinate with multiple team members to see goals are met.
The role oversees key areas of the business that must be maintained on a daily basis in order for the company to stay in business. This includes Customer Experience, Platform Management, Inventory Management, Account Health, etc. But it’s not just about hitting targets, it’s about the journey and the impact you will have on the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Management
Oversee all Amazon account operations on a daily basis
Oversee day to day SKU optimization, PPC optimization, product R&D, and product sourcing yourself or through managing your team
Create and/or review daily and weekly reports and KPIs with other team members for inventory, traffic and sales data and product trends
Check account performance against projections then prepare and execute corrective or proactive actions
Make optimization adjustments to listings in front end and back end
Coordinating with Leadership on budget, new product concepts, and the future product pipeline of the brand
Stay up to date with all the most cutting edge technologies and methods
Meet via Zoom with team members weekly to discuss previous weeks and future plans
Develop a growth strategy in collaboration with Leadership and reverse engineer the tasks that will need executing to achieve this growth
Coordinate with the team to ensure projects are run efficiently for the desired result.
Ensure repeatable processes are being utilized in each area mentioned so that new team members can be onboarded as needed
Analyze Amazon ASIN level data (sales, conversation rate, page views, costs, etc.) to determine why certain products are trending up or down, clearly articulate observations and propose strategies to troubleshoot problems
Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of acquired products including: keyword optimization, price optimization, PPC, packaging/inserts, coupons and deals, customer communications, creative, changing package dimensions, removing unprofitable products
Work directly with the PPC Manager to ensure the latest and most effective strategies are being used to launch new products and maintain profitability on existing products
Ensure that every product is meeting KPI’s that drive revenue, profit, and overall brand exposure to our customer avatar through SKU and Brand optimization
Monitor and solve any account health concerns that may arise and ensure product listings on the platform comply with the platform’s TOS
Monitor and resolve communication from Amazon via seller support emails/calls, seller performance notifications, Brand Health platform and any other area where Amazon may leave feedback on our account
RESULTS
Year-Over-Year revenue growth is achieved per SKU
All products are hitting KPI’s for revenue and profit
New products are launched cost-efficiently and hitting their launch targets
within a reasonable time frame
Clear and digestible dashboards/scorecards are used to make data-driven decisions
All product listings are active and updated at all times
Our account health is always in good standing and any concerns are handled immediately to resolve the issue
REQUIREMENTS
Proven work experience as a Brand Manager or similar role (preferably with a 7+ Figure Brand)
Ability work with little to no supervision
Can efficiently collaborate with the team and delegate tasks appropriately
Extensive knowledge in keyword research and analysis
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Highly organized with very high attention to detail
Willing to take on new challenges and carry out new/unfamiliar tasks
Ability to plan and execute strategies independently that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Proficiency/Familiarity with Helium 10, Data Dive, Clickup, Slack, Excel, Google, Office, Loom.
Strong organization and project management skills
Resourceful, problem solver, and willing to learn new things
Fast-learner
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science. Data Analysis, or Information Technology preferred.
Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate meetings with teammates in different time zones.
Knowledge in writing Amazon SEO optimized copy for Titles, Bullet Points, and Product Descriptions, and Amazon PPC
Strong experience in launching products, increasing product and keyword ranking
Understanding of graphic design for listing gallery images and A+ content
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
