Senior Amazon Graphic Designer

In this role, you will:

– Contribute to the conceptualization and execution of innovative product designs and packaging that align with the brand’s identity, market trends, and user preferences.
– Utilize data from A/B testing and polling to make informed design decisions and iterate on design variations to achieve optimal CTR and CVR.
– Apply critical thinking abilities to understand our company’s business objectives and align design strategies accordingly.
– Contribute valuable insights and perspectives during strategic marketing discussions.
– Produce high quality content and designs that achieve strategic marketing objectives with little to no oversight
– Manage graphic designers to deliver high-quality design work
– Develop and implement efficient project management practices within the design team, ensuring organized workflows and timely delivery of design assets.
– Take charge of an existing design team and oversee their work, ensuring they are aligned with strategic directions and meet high-quality standards.
– Improve processes to optimize quality and speed, actively exploring new ways to do things better, with technologies and tools like AI.
– Stay up-to-date with Amazon’s design and content guidelines, optimizing listings for search visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

– Extensive design experience working with Amazon brands or Amazon agencies
– Demonstrates strong leadership abilities and the skill to effectively manage and guide teams.
– Exhibits proficiency in project management, ensuring successful and timely completion of tasks and projects.
– Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
