Job Description

As an Amazon Account Manager at Jack2Media, the ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1/2 years of experience in managing Amazon accounts and demonstrate confidence in their abilities. Ideally, someone who can take charge with common sense.

The role requires proficiency in clear and effective communication in English, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimising Amazon accounts, ensuring they align with business objectives and meet performance goals. This entails a deep understanding of Amazon’s platform, algorithms, and policies.

Moreover, the candidate should be experienced with inventory management and forecasting, fixing account health, IP claims, improving IPI score, flat files and variations.

The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, strategic thinking, and the ability to stay abreast of industry trends to drive continuous improvement and success in managing Amazon accounts for Jack2Media.

Ideally someone whos worked at MAG, Seller Candy or Seller Interactive.

I need someone who can take the primary reins so I can focus on sales and growing the business.

TASKS:

Logging into Seller Central and checking performance notifications Daily.

Opening and tracking cases when dealing with seller support.

Inventory management will be key.

Listing Creation, including variations, using the regular listing as well as Excel Flat File Methods.

Tracking IPI metrics and making weekly adjustments, with inventory management being fully hands-on and responsible for sending client inventory into FBA.

Daily Account Health Checks.

Creating and sending in shipments, as well as reconciling discrepancies.

Opening cases with Brand Registry.

Writing emails clients and generating reports.

Uploading posts for clients on Amazon.

REQUIREMENTS:

Speak & write in fluent English

Experience using Excel.

Must use Grammarly set to British.

Managing clients, being available for calls 9am-5pm UK time.

Familiarity using Slack and Gmail for communication

Experience with Seller Central and Seller Support.

At least 2 year of experience as an Amazon Account Manager.

Available for 20-40 hours per week.

Note-taking from calls and adding them to either Slack / Todist or Trello and completing them for myself and the client to see.

Must have a good memory and be able to perform under pressure.

Must be punctual and efficient.

PROVIDED:

Assistance with the initial period and daily Google meets.

Access to tools I use for listing creation.

I will create Video tutorials for anything that needs teaching.

We will work with your schedule to set a calendar in place that works best for you.

HOURS: 20-40 hours/week – 40 hours preferred.
