Thank you for your interest in our job assignment. We are currently looking for a dedicated person who is willing to support our remote team in full time in the field of Amazon Brand Management. We understand Amazon Brand Management as the combination of
• product listing creation
• product launch
• product performance management
• product listing management
• deals and promotions
Note: the more common term for this role may be Amazon VA or Amazon Virtual Assistant, however we are looking for someone who is an expert in all things Amazon, especially the fields mentioned in the texts above and below.
After a phase of training and integration into our team and systems, you will be the person in charge of our brands. We are therefore looking for a person with an especially high sense for responsibility, high vigilance, and detail orientation. For this job you should have 3 or more years of experience, and at the same time must be willing to learn about Amazon quickly, as it is a fast paced environment.
The skills you will need:
• 3 or more years of experience in creating and managing brands, brand stores, product listings, flat files, deals/promotions and cases in Amazon Seller Central
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Data Science or a related field
• Analytical and commercial skills with the ability to dig through data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations for brand growth on Amazon
• Perfect English in writing, speaking and understanding
Some tasks that you should be able to perform:
• create a parent listing with 3 childs in Amazon Seller Central
• raise a case with Seller Support to fix a listing’s product category or browse node
• update listings through flat files
• monitor and report on pre-defined KPIs and make sound recommendations
• calculate whether a 30% off 7-day-deal will be profitable, and then booking it
• translating texts for our European marketplaces and updating them in Seller Central
Your responsibilities in detail:
• Implement a data driven approach to evaluate, adjust and maximize the success of our brands & product listings on Amazon
• Ensure product listings and brand stores are properly maintained and regularly improved across all marketplaces (e.g. pushing pricing changes, image changes, EBC changes, text translations, using promotions …)
• Reviewing traffic and conversion data to understand customer behavior and spot changes in trends, and identifying actions to mitigate any issues
• Working with different stakeholders from all teams to drive improvements in sales and reduce costs
• Attending weekly team meetings and providing commentary on brands weekly & monthly performance, making sure any changes in performance are quickly and proactively addressed
