Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mobile Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain mobile applications that provide a seamless and engaging user experience.
1. Pay range per month USD $1,000 – $1,400.00

Key Responsibilities:
1. Mobile Application Development:
1.1. Design and build advanced applications for the iOS and/or Android platforms.
1.2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
1.3. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

2. Code Quality and Maintenance:
2.1. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
2.2. Maintain and improve existing mobile applications and perform code reviews.
2.3. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.

Collaboration and Communication:
1. Work closely with designers and product managers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
1.1. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and server-side logic.
1.2. Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to team meetings.

Performance Optimization:
1. Monitor and optimize application performance, including responsiveness and battery usage.
2. Implement caching strategies and other performance enhancement techniques.

3. Troubleshooting and Debugging:

3.1. Identify and resolve mobile application issues, including bugs and performance bottlenecks.
3.2. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure robust and reliable applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Technical Skills:
1.1. Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift (iOS) and/or Java/Kotlin (Android).
1.2. Experience with mobile application development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
1.3. Strong understanding of mobile application design principles, patterns, and best practices.
1.4. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
1.5. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with mobile applications.

Design Skills:
1. Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
2. Ability to translate design wireframes and mockups into high-quality code.

Problem-Solving Skills:
1. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Collaboration and Communication:
1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in mobile development for iOS and/or Android.
3. Proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications.

Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with mobile app deployment processes on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
2. Familiarity with mobile app analytics and performance monitoring tools.
3. Knowledge of mobile security best practices and secure coding techniques.
4. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
5. Experience working with the following:
5.1. HR, ERP, CRM, Payroll, Project Management, Field Management, Custom Corporate Application or Similar Mobile Application
5.1.1. Experience building similar apps to the following is a major plus:
5.1.1.1. Procore, Raken App, Safety Culture,GetJobber / Jobber, Trimble, KloudGin, Fulcrum App
