About the Role:
We are looking for A Senior Architectural Designer to join our US-based organization. The architect will be responsible for implementing all architectural project(s), including Design, Construction Documents, Permitting, Bidding, and Construction Administration. Included are coordination with and responsibility for communicating with other disciplines and the client.
Responsibilities:
– Demonstrates creativity, foresight, and architectural judgment in developing architectural solutions.
– Produces construction documents using REVIT.
– Understands construction assemblies and best practices.
– Actively coordinates design and equipment with consultants and other disciplines.
– Researches and selects building products and composes written specifications.
– Participates in project meetings and documents discussions through meeting minutes.
– Actively participates in quality assurance/quality control review sessions at project milestones.
– Manages project through the Construction Administration phase by routing RFIs and shop drawings to the appropriate team member, responding to RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, issuing ASIs and RFPs, and reviewing pay applications.
– Continually learns and stays informed of new systems, methods, and sustainable practices to benefit the collective team and clients.
– Actively supports strategic goals of the firm, studio, department, and manager, as well as understands how your actions contribute to them.

Qualifications:
– Great English skills
– BA in Architecture
– 5+ Years of experience in developing architectural solutions
– Expert creator of plans, 3D models and presentations.
Pay: $5 -$7 per hour based on experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time
