The Role

Provide technical leadership: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, lead technical discussions and contribute to the overall architecture and design of the system.
Oversee system design and architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of system architecture, make decisions about technology stacks, frameworks, and tools to be used, and ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications.
Become a master developer: Shape secure, efficient, and responsive back-end applications.
Collaborate like a pro: Partner with product, UI/UX, and API teams to translate vision into reality.
Build for the future: Design modular, reusable components that stand the test of time.
Always stay ahead: Keep a pulse on security updates and trends, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Embrace automation: Integrate testing seamlessly into your workflow for maximum efficiency.
Lead with confidence: While collaborating effectively, you should also have the skills to work independently on tasks and be a reliable mentor for junior developers.
Maintain high code quality: Write clean, maintainable, efficient code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure the quality of the codebase remains high. Ensure that the code is well-tested and documented. Adhere to coding standards and guidelines.

You’re a Perfect Fit If:

You have 7+ years of experience in .NET technologies.
You possess knowledge of front-end technologies, particularly with JavaScript frameworks (especially Click to view).
C#, .NET, .NET Framework, and .NET Core are your allies.
SQL and database management are in your toolkit.
You have experience with integration testing (experience with NUnit and Shouldly is a plus).
Experience with Azure is a plus.
Independence is your strength, and you mentor junior and mid developers with ease.
Code quality is your mantra, and thorough reviews are your practice. You write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring that it is well-tested and documented. You adhere to coding standards and guidelines.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effectively communicating with stakeholders.
You lead technical discussions and decisions, contributing to the overall architecture and design of the system.
You stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies and propose improvements to development processes.
