Synect is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid/Senior Backend (C#)/Full Stack (C#, ReactJS) Engineer to join our growing team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and deployment of high-quality C# applications and solutions.

REGULAR TASKS:

Full-Cycle Development:
Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment of high-quality C# applications and solutions.

Technical Leadership:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, promoting best practices, code quality, and adherence to coding standards.

Architecture and Design:
Collaborate with the architecture team to design scalable, efficient, and maintainable software systems using C# and other relevant technologies.

Code Review and Debugging:

Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to industry standards.
Demonstrate strong debugging skills, effectively handling unfamiliar code, and utilizing advanced debugging features like conditional breakpoints and thread selection.

Problem-Solving and System Implications:
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, considering the implications of solutions on the entire system, not just the current task.
Offer multiple solutions to challenges.

RESTful API and Swagger:
Utilize your familiarity with building and consuming RESTful APIs and using Swagger for API documentation.

Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software products.

PLEASE APPLY if you possess the following skills and attributes:

– Experience in Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA
– Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in C# development, with a strong track record of designing and delivering software solutions.
– Good/Excellent knowledge of C# and .NET framework.
– Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
– Familiarity with design patterns, dependency injection, and Visual Studio IDE (or code).
– Experience with LINQ (Language-Integrated Query) for querying data in C#.
– Experience with SQL databases.
– Proven ability to analyze complex technical challenges, propose effective solutions, and troubleshoot software issues effectively.
– Experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript, ReactJS, and . (preferred)
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Experience in Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA
– Strong collaboration and team-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
– Demonstrated leadership qualities, able to mentor and guide junior team members effectively.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
