Hiring Qualifications:

*Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in baking breads and pastries, demonstrating advanced skills and expertise in various baking techniques.
*Expertise: Proven proficiency in creating a wide range of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts, with a keen eye for quality and detail.
*Leadership: Strong leadership abilities, with experience in supervising and training junior staff members to ensure consistency and excellence in product offerings.
*Innovation: Creative and innovative mindset, capable of developing new recipes, flavors, and techniques to meet customer preferences and market trends.
*Specialization: Preferably knowledgeable in specialized areas such as artisanal bread baking, cake decorating, or pastry arts.
*Certifications: Possession of certifications or formal training in baking and sanitation is highly desirable.
*Location: Must be willing to work in Maginhawa, Quezon City.
*Age Range: Between 28 to 45 years old.

As our Senior Baker, you’ll be responsible for:
*Recipe Development: Creating and refining recipes for a variety of baked goods, ensuring both exceptional taste and visual appeal.
*Quality Assurance: Overseeing all aspects of the baking process to maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency in our products.
*Team Leadership: Providing guidance and mentorship to junior bakers, supervising their work to ensure adherence to recipes and production schedules.
*Innovation: Staying abreast of industry trends and developments to introduce new and exciting offerings to our bakery’s menu.
*Equipment Management: Managing and maintaining baking equipment and tools, ensuring they are properly calibrated and in good working condition.
*Sanitation Compliance: Enforcing strict sanitation and hygiene protocols throughout the bakery to ensure food safety and compliance with regulations.
*Customer Satisfaction: Collaborating with management to address customer feedback and preferences, continuously striving to exceed expectations.
