Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bookkeeper with a minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience. The ideal candidate will not only possess exceptional bookkeeping expertise but also have the ability to oversee our financial operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, in a CFO capacity. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
Reconcile financial statements and bank statements regularly.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
Collaborate with the management team to optimize financial processes and strategies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and reporting requirements.
Streamline financial operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience, with a proven track record of excellence.
Previous CFO experience or a strong understanding of CFO responsibilities.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of US accounting and tax regulations is a plus.
