Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Virtual Assistant to join our team and contribute to the success of Vedanta Retreats. As a Filipino VA staff member, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients’ experience and driving sales for our retreats. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English, possess strong client management skills, and be adept at various tasks related to social media, website management, and business development.

Responsibilities:

Sales Calls and Client Management:

Conduct sales calls with a focus on delivering quality communication in English.
Work closely with clients to ensure their retreat experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Encourage sales by engaging with clients and converting interest into bookings.
Social Media and Content Management:

Create engaging content for Vedanta’s social media platforms.
Manage newsletters, posts, and other social media activities to enhance our online presence.
Website Management:

Utilize Wix to maintain and update the Vedanta website with relevant content.
Google Forms and File Management:

Create and manage Google Forms for various purposes.
Ensure efficient file management on Google Drive.
Business Development Support:

Collaborate on business development initiatives to foster growth for Vedanta Retreats.
Requirements:

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Proven experience in sales, client management, and social media management.
Proficient in Wix website management and Google tools (Forms, Drive, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
