We an outsourcing agency based in Destin FL. We have been in the business for three years providing quality candidates to our clients from the USA and Canada while our candidates are from Mexico, South America, and the Philippines. We’ll provide full-time remote professionals for our client’s team: no overhead costs, just a scalable team of skilled hard workers.

Responsibilities:
Persuade the customer to avail of our services by demonstrating how we operate
Record the customer’s personal information accurately using google sheet
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Can help the team create lead lists
Create Sales Scripts
Scheduling follow-up calls
Updating results at end of the shift.

Requirements and skills:
With experience in a senior level cold callers that know how to use Ring Central
Use scripts to provide information about services features, prices, etc., and present their benefits
With Sales background
Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/cold calling role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
Persistent and results-oriented
Can work on a graveyard shift (Full-time)
