Position Overview:

The Content and Social Media Manager at Better Image Solutions (BIS) will be responsible for crafting engaging blog posts and social media content for our clients. This role involves developing and managing a streamlined system to efficiently handle content creation and distribution, ensuring consistency and quality across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

– Content Creation: Write compelling and relevant blog posts that align with clients’ branding and objectives. Draft and schedule regular social media posts to engage and grow clients’ audiences on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
-Content Management: Develop and implement a systematic approach for managing and executing content creation and distribution for multiple clients. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and meets high-quality standards.
– Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create and refine content strategies. Plan and maintain editorial calendars to ensure timely delivery of content.
– Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of content across various channels using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and enhance engagement.
– Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, writers, and other team members to produce and deliver cohesive content. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and adjust content strategies accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
– Writing Proficiency: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to adapt tone and style to fit different client brands and audiences.
– Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of various social media platforms and best practices. Experience with social media management tools and content management systems (CMS).
– Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage editorial calendars and content workflows.
Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
– Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure content performance. Ability to derive actionable insights from data to improve content strategies.
-Communication and Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Collaborative approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience in SEO and knowledge of SEO best practices.
-Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for content creation.
-Background in marketing or digital media is a plus.
