The Conversion Writer will work cross-functionally with the Digital Marketing Strategist and the Design team to write, edit, and test copy for a variety of marketing initiatives including Email, Social, Website Content, Product Copy, and more. This role requires an out-of-the-box thinker with a high level of creativity, strategy, and meticulous attention to detail. The position is full-time and can be performed remotely.
Main responsibilities include:
• Create unique marketing copy while thinking strategically about how to best improve funnel KPIs such as Engagement, Open Rate, and Conversion.
• Analyze copy performance.
• Write for a range of online and offline marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, landing pages, product copy, video, etc.
• Manage the marketing content calendar.
About you:
• Experience writing a conversion copy funnel (email, ads, landing pages, etc…)
• Have a writing sample portfolio.
• Demonstrate an excellent command of English language, and writing techniques to appeal to targeted audiences, as proven by portfolio.
• Can work independently as a self-starter.
• Obsessed with consumer psychology and tactics to grab attention, educate, and convert.
• Previous experience writing for tech companies is an advantage.
