Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Marketing, Design, and Product teams to develop an in-depth understanding of the product’s unique selling points, target audience, and marketing objectives.
2. Create high-quality, engaging, and persuasive copy for various digital channels, including websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and advertising materials.
3. Craft compelling product narratives and storylines that effectively communicate the value proposition and key benefits to the target audience.
4. Conduct thorough research to gather insights on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform copy development.
5. Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
6. Collaborate with designers, UX/UI specialists, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and visually appealing marketing assets.
7. Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to junior copywriters, offering support to enhance their skills and deliver high-quality work.
8. Develop strategic copy that aligns with overall marketing and branding objectives, creating compelling messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition and benefits to the target audience.
9. Contribute to the creative process by generating innovative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns, leveraging a deep understanding of the target audience to craft impactful copy.
10. Define and maintain the brand voice and tone across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency in messaging. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective copy strategies.
11. Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing insights and recommendations related to copy and content. Effectively communicate the rationale behind copy choices and handle client feedback professionally.
12. Create and update reports on the performance of copywriting efforts, analyzing metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and click-through rates. Use this data to optimize future copy and make data-driven recommendations.
13. Monitor the metrics and performance of copies written, regularly evaluating their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
14. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in copywriting. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance skills and share knowledge with the team.

As a Senior Copywriter, your role is to create compelling, high-impact copy that drives conversions. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team, utilizing AI-powered tools for efficiency. Your work will shape our brand’s voice, and you’ll have the freedom to experiment with creative approaches for optimal results.

Requirements:

– Min. 3 years of experience in copywriting for digital marketing, preferably in a product-focused role.
– Proven track record of creating compelling and effective copy that drives engagement and conversion.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
– Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and other digital marketing tools.
– Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Strong research skills to gather insights and understand target audience needs.
– Experience in the digital marketing industry and digital products are a plus.
– Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior copywriters.
