We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Delivery Engineer who has a passion for helping customers implement Data Virtualisation and is excited about working with a ground-breaking Product in the Big Data space. The Senior Customer Delivery Engineer will be a experience technical leader who would have successfully delivered Data Warehousing / Data projects in both a traditional Waterfall and Agile method. The working environment is very dynamic, managing multiple projects concurrently, whilst defining and refining the technical ways of working to enable and maximize repeatable high value outcomes. The primary focus of the role initially will be ensuring the technical success of implementing Zetaris on customer projects, but as the company grows, you will become a Zetaris Data Virtualisation SME providing guidance on both direct Zetaris customer engagements and implementations via Delivery Partners.

Responsibility
• Customer Technical management – technical thought leadership, stakeholder & expectation management on implementation of Zetaris into customers IT landscape
• Liaise with customers and Zetaris architects to assess the business impact that certain technical choices have.
• Develop enough knowledge of the Zetaris solutions to become a Champion for our data virtualisation platform both internally and externally
• Drive future product enhancements through the Zetaris Engineering team
• Ensuring that we have well documented technical knowledge on technical design, implementation and technical process flows of Zetaris Implementations.
• Frequently publish how to guide and blog posts on Zetaris website to keep customers up to date with the latest methods of integrating Zetaris into an ever-changing IT landscape
• Establish best practice Zetaris Technical Implementation Standards & frameworks
• Responsible for upskilling and teaching your team new and emerging technologies.
• Expert Services – Over time help transition Zetaris from professional services to expert services. Supporting Partners, Alliances, and clients with high-end Zetaris expertise to maximize clients benefits of using Zetaris technology.
