Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Manage remote team of ±5 customer service agents & admin assistants in the Philippines, ensuring high-quality service is being provided
– Create & Improve systems in Notion, Google Sheets and other tools for more effective, more consistent & better customer support or administrative processes
– Implement processes & tasks that will save the company costs in both Customer Service & Admin Departments
– Improve our products/service based on customer complaints and suggestions
– Create KPI’s, Measuring systems & set OKR’s & Expectations
– Collaborate with the R&D and Supply Chain Team to solve bottlenecks or improve key results
– Eliminate, simplify, automate and delegate tasks & processes
– Weekly 1-on-1’s & Team Meetings to hold your team accountable

REQUIREMENTS

1. Have experience leading a Customer Support and/or Admin Team
2. Have experience working remotely as a Manager in an E-commerce Company

GREAT TO HAVE

– Experience in a High Growth Startup
– Experience with Notion
– Experience with Shopify
– Experience with Amazon
– Experience with Canva

– Start Salary: $5-$7/hr (DOE)
