Job Requirements:

– Amazon Experience: Must have 1 year experience with Amazon (preferably MFN).
– Customer Service: At least 2 years of experience as a senior-level customer service associate.
– Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite (Word, Excel, Docs, Spreadsheets).
– Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze issues and propose effective solutions.
– Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
– Availability: Willing to work 6 days a week when the business needs.
– Monitoring: Comfortable being monitored using a time tracker tool.
– Technical Setup: Must have your own device (preferably a laptop for power interruptions) and a reliable internet backup.
– Independence: Can easily understand and work on their own by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
– Work Setup Flexibility: Okay with a work-from-home setup but willing to work in the office in the future and potentially work in China.
– Team Player: Works well in a team and fosters a collaborative environment.
– Growth-Oriented: Eager to learn, grow, and advance within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
– Utilize your Amazon experience to enhance our customer service processes and strategies.
– Create and maintain process documents to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
– Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.
– Gather customer reviews and develop plans to improve feedback and satisfaction.
– Report arising issues to the correct department for timely resolution.

Good to Have:

– Team Management Skills: Experience in managing a team.
– Training Skills: Ability to conduct training sessions.
