About The Role:
This position will be on the front-lines of connecting & solving problems customer service support through email & live chat (using ). We are looking for a bright personality that has a passion for helping & solving other people’s problems, while also leaving a smile on the face of our customers.
Responsibilities:
– Solving problems as a customer service representative via Live Chat Support & Email Support replying in a fast, timely manner
– Training & managing new customer service representatives
Skills & Qualifications:
– 2+ years experience of working in customer service / support
– Experience using “” for live chat support & the ability to setup + navigate through the interface
– A typing speed of 55+ Words Per Minute
– Basic WORDPRESS skills
– Communication Skills, Tech-Savvy, Problem-Solving, People Skills, Extraverted & Enthusiastic
– Must be exceptionally fluent in English, as well as top notch writing/grammar skills
