Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Data Research Analyst to join our dynamic digital marketing team. As a Senior Data Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting relevant data. Your insights will be instrumental in optimizing our digital marketing strategies and ensuring the success of our campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Management:
Gather and compile data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Manage and organize datasets to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
Data Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance metrics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
Generate actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the digital marketing landscape.
Reporting and Visualization:
Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to understand data requirements and address business needs.
Collaborate with data scientists and other analysts to enhance analytical capabilities.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data by implementing quality assurance processes.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in data sets.
Adaptability:
Stay current with emerging tools and technologies in data analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
Adapt quickly to changes in project requirements and business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics).
Proven experience in data analysis and research, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and metrics is a plus.
