Our Client is a giant in the e-commerce/apparel industry and an incredibly fast-growing startup. We want an E-commerce Senior Data Analyst and Strategist equally comfortable utilizing Python and SQL to sort, manipulate, clean, and report on large data sets. A perfect candidate for this role will provide daily/weekly/monthly reports and be capable of providing insights and recommendations on optimizing different strategies. 

Salary Range:  PHP 110,000 – 180,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role

Data Review & Opportunity Identification: Review various data points to identify business problems or opportunities.
Performance Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to perform detailed performance analysis.
Insight Derivation: Use straightforward methods to extract meaningful insights from hard-to-access data.
Report Building: Create templates for monthly client reports, summarizing performance with clear visuals (copy/paste templated charts/diagrams/data into PP Slides).
Statistical Analysis: Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Visualization Creation: Develop visualizations from scratch using existing data points.
Regular Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on various data sets.

The Requirements

Complex Data Analysis Experience: Proven track record in analyzing complex data from multiple sources and platforms.
Tableau Expertise: Advanced experience with Tableau (PowerBI or Looker also considered).
Advanced SQL Skills: Expertise in SQL scripting (Big Query or similar).
Excel Proficiency: Expert-level skills in MS Excel, including macro development and automation.
Report Generation: Demonstrated ability to create ad-hoc reports and dashboards from scratch.
Python Scripting: Required experience with Python for data analysis tasks.
Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Internal Communication Tools: Familiarity with Gmail and Slack.
Visual Interpretation Skills: Ability to interpret and present information efficiently and elegantly.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the e-commerce and fashion/apparel industry (DTC).
Self-Starter Attitude: Assertive, ambitious, and engaged, with the ability to think strategically and operate independently.
Diligence & Collaboration: Actively engage in self-review to enhance project efficiency and foster effective collaboration.
Time-Zone Friendly: Ability to work in any timezone in the US or graveyard/night shift schedule in the Philippines, ensuring effective collaboration with our global team.
