Senior Data Analyst

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Extract, clean, and prep complex datasets using Python, SQL, and Excel, ensuring data quality and reliability.
Build intuitive and compelling data visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights and KPIs effectively to stakeholders.
Design and implement machine learning models to address business challenges, such as customer churn prediction, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving product recommendations.
Work collaboratively with product managers and marketing teams to identify strategic opportunities and optimize marketing strategies, leveraging data to drive ROI improvements.
Mentor junior analysts and interns, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the team.

Qualifications:

B.A. in Computer Systems Technology or related field from an accredited institution.
Over 5 years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably within the sector.
Expertise in statistical modeling, A/B testing, experiment design, and machine learning.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data analysis and model development.
Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
