Senior Designer

We are an exciting Australian Digital Agency with offices in Australia and the UK and we are expanding our design team and seeking a new Senior Designer!

Responsibilities:

– There will be an aspect of UX, but 70/30 UI:UX (approximately)
– Create concepts from briefs
– Create new or utilize existing client design systems
– Create wireframe mockups
– Create style guides
– Design brands
– Design brochures, flyers and banners using Indesign & Illustrator
– Make UX and UI improvements to a customer software, web, and mobile app user interfaces
– Undertake validation measures to test concepts before finalizing detailed designs end-to-end
– Test software applications and present UX and UI recommendations to stakeholders
– You will be working fully remotely, be used to having daily stand-ups and stand-downs, and be excited by the chance of – working with an innovative team, working on different projects as part of a team.
– Working collaboratively, end-to-end with the wider team, you will be working on a variety of projects for enterprise-level clients. With a client waitlist, we are truly the best at what we do and we are growing fast.

Qualifications:

– Minimum 5 years experience in a design position for a digital agency
– Must have trainings/ certifications in relation to Arts, Multimedia, etc.
– Have experience designing websites, mobile apps, and branding
– Needs to have Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, and print knowledge
– Have a qualification in design obtained from a university
– Extensive portfolio
– Excellent work ethic
– Ability to work on your own
– Happy to be on our stand-up calls every morning
– You will be a fast worker and have excellent communication skills
– Very curious and detail-oriented, with a love for problem-solving!
– Relevant experience in a related role
– Strong portfolio showcasing your excellent Figma skills and design process
– A collaborative person, you love working with a passionate team
– Able to translate learnings into presentations that inspire action
