Senior Digital Analyst

The position we are looking to fill involves spearheading key presentations to clients, actively participating in brainstorming and planning sessions, and crafting compelling narratives aligned with our strategic direction. As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include understanding complex business landscapes, articulating business needs from diverse stakeholders, and identifying project risks with effective mitigation plans.

Your role extends to conducting workshops to gather requirements, analyzing them, anprovideng strategic insights to drive better targeting for marketing and business objectives. You will also play a vital part in evaluating business processes, developing and implementing solutions, and planning timelines for end-to-end project execution. Supporting UI/UX design, developing wireframes, and contributing to the application of UX principles will be integral to your role.

Your expertise will be essential in developing Functional Specifications and System Design specifications. Creating process flow diagrams, consolidating content documents, and leading or supporting quality assurance testing are among your key contributions. As a trusted adviser, you will effectively communicate business requirements and facilitate team and client meetings, ensuring high-quality services are consistently delivered.

**Key Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
– Scrum Master experience is a significant advantage.
– Proven Business Analysis experience in the IT Services Industry.
– Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
– Proficient in explaining technical details in a non-technical manner.
– Passionate about technology and dedicated to enhancing customer experience.
– In-depth understanding of application programming, database, system design, and integration.
– Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively within and outside the organization.
– Knowledge and experience in Agile Methodology is a significant advantage.

**Qualifications and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, System Engineering, Marketing, Business Studies/Management, or a similar field.
– Experience in a digital/tech agency is advantageous.
– Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a Business Analyst.
– Immediate availability for work is an added advantage.
– Experience and involvement in project management life cycles.
