As the Senior Data & Analytics analyst you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting the impact of our activities on behalf of our clients, as well as participating in strategy and planning by supplying the team with relevant research and insights based on aggregation and interpretation of various data sources. Ongoing activities will include:

– Setting up and manage data visualization and reporting for clients and the agency
– Gaining a strong understanding of clients’ data sources, business KPIs, and competitors to provide accurate and relevant reporting
– Monitoring campaign results and provide data interpretation using various digital analytics tools
– Assisting with collecting market and industry research to provide performance benchmarks, industry updates, and trend analysis
– Conducting competitive analyses and technical audits
– Regularly working with the team to prepare data and proactively identify and document client opportunities/issues
– Developing and maintaining SOPs, templates, and other relevant documentation for your role
– Maintaining functional expertise in technical SEO, analytics tools, and other relevant skills for your role

Requirements:

– 3+ years of experience in a similar role in-house or at a digital agency
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– Recent experience using and interpreting data from Google Analytics (knowledge of GA4 a plus!), Google Search Console, and third-party competitive intelligence tools (e.g. Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
– Experience using crawling tools such as Screaming Frog or Sitebulb
– Advanced skills in building reports in Google Sheets and using Google Slides or PowerPoint
– Experience with dashboard development using Data Studio (preferred) or other BI tool
– Knowledge of common digital marketing KPIs and metrics
– Background in SEO and/or previous experience at a digital agency is preferred
– Willingness to stay up-to-date on industry best practices, news, and relevant skills
– Willingness to take on ad-hoc research tasks as needed, such as keyword research, competitor analysis, or technical audits
– Strong technical orientation with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and at least one scripting or programming language (e.g. JavaScript, Python, PHP) for the purpose of understanding technical site issues or setting up basic scripts for working with data APIs (note: you do not need to be or become a developer, basic skills only are required)
