Job Description:

As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Your role will involve staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company’s digital presence remains competitive and effective. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, content, and sales, to develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals.

Responsibilities Include:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
Create compelling and engaging content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email, and advertising, to attract and retain target audience.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all digital marketing channels and campaigns.
Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively recommend innovative strategies and tactics to enhance digital presence and drive results.
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign performance, messaging, and user experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaign management and performance optimization.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, or similar.
Solid understanding of SEO principles, SEM strategies, email marketing best practices, social media management, and content marketing tactics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Certification in digital marketing or related fields (e.g., Google Ads Certification, HubSpot Certification) is a plus.
