We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team.

As a Senior Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for driving sales and spearheading the successful launch of new products through strategic digital marketing campaigns. You will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of digital marketing, including ad campaigns, copywriting, landing pages, and various other digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, and possess the ability to leverage innovative strategies to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive sales and maximize brand visibility.
– Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and analysis across various channels such as social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising.
– Lead the successful launch of new products by creating and executing effective go-to-market strategies.
– Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential target audiences.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and content, to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless customer experiences across all digital touchpoints.
– Create compelling and engaging copy for digital ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
– Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives.
– Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure compliance with data privacy and advertising standards.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
– Proven track record of successfully driving sales and launching new products through digital marketing campaigns.
– Extensive experience in managing digital advertising campaigns across various channels, such as social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and email marketing.
– Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content for different digital marketing assets.
– Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including ad management platforms, web analytics tools, marketing automation systems, and CRM software.
– In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome marketing challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
