Senior Digital Marketer for PPC Campaign Management

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketer to join our team and help manage and grow our portfolio of paid media clients. This full-time agency role involves managing 20+ accounts with the support of 3+ part-time freelancers.

Our agency specializes in providing ‘white label’ PPC services for other agencies and brands, focusing primarily on campaign fulfillment. You will manage multiple inboxes, requiring exceptional organizational skills to ensure the team remains on track and tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Platforms:
Currently, we primarily use Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with plans to expand to additional platforms over time. While most of our clients focus on lead generation, we also manage campaigns for several e-commerce clients.

Experience Requirement:
Please apply only if you have at least 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

Job Description:

– Work approximately 35-40 hours per week, following Manila daytime hours.
– Oversee and take ownership of a portfolio of PPC campaigns, managing some campaigns directly while delegating tasks to part-time workers.
– Monitor multiple email inboxes and delegate tasks as necessary.
– Build out new campaigns and provide strategy recommendations.
– Use project management software such as ClickUp to communicate and document work.
– Set up and test conversion tracking, utilize Google Analytics for troubleshooting, and perform light work in Google Tag Manager.
– Develop client reports using Looker Data Studio.

Candidate Requirements:

– At least 2+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns in Google Ads, and 1+ years in Facebook Ads.
– Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Data Studio, Google Merchant Center.
– Self-starter who enjoys working independently and learning new things.
– Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make recommendations for improvement.
– Strong English writing skills, able to communicate well via email in American-style English.
– Good understanding of U.S. geography, particularly Texas, to accurately target campaign areas.
– Agree to use Time Proof to track time and monitor the screen during work hours.
