Job Overview:
As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, your primary goal is to establish and maintain consistent methods for attracting and retaining new clients. Our current client engagement and referrals are robust, but the focus is on expanding our reach beyond these sources. This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a meaningful impact, capable of independent work, and eager to contribute to a larger vision while continuously learning and improving.

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, EST

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development: Devise and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize online advertising across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Social Media Oversight: Lead and manage social media marketing efforts.
Content Strategy: Create, curate, and execute a dynamic content calendar across all channels.
CRM Management: Maintain and optimize the CRM system within Kajabi.
Email Marketing: Handle end-to-end email campaigns, from copywriting to tracking results.
Platform Optimization: Enhance performance by creating and refining sales pages within our platform, Kajabi.
Voice of the Company: Craft compelling copy aligned with the company’s tone and messaging.
Data Analysis: Evaluate metrics to assess campaign performance and make informed decisions.
SEO/SEM Mastery: Develop and execute strategies for Search Engine Optimization and Marketing.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on KPIs and ROI.
Agency Coordination: Manage external agencies and vendors when necessary.
Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and implement best practices.
Relationship Development: Create strategies using content to foster client relationships leading to new acquisitions.
Marketing Calendar: Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar for all promotions and training.
Market Segmentation: Identify relevant market segments and tailor messaging accordingly.
Product Promotion: Devise marketing campaigns to showcase company offerings over time.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years in business, understanding successful business drivers, with at least 3 years in marketing.
Proficiency in CRM implementation and utilization.
Full-stack marketing expertise covering various areas like writing, branding, analytics, and more.
Proficiency in tech tools and a knack for experimenting with new marketing technologies.
Strong writing skills to adapt swiftly to the company’s voice.
Creative thinking and the ability to conceptualize innovative approaches.
Analytical prowess to track and analyze marketing outcomes effectively.
Exceptional planning and project management capabilities.
Experience with marketing automation software and sales funnel management.
Proficient in Facebook Marketing, SEO, and website design/management.
Familiarity with AI applications in marketing.
