Job Description

and Maker’s Row are searching for a skilled digital marketing expert with a focus on Google Ads, Media buying and PPC campaigns. Your role will be instrumental in driving targeted traffic to our website, increasing our online presence and engagement, and turning leads into customers through data-driven strategies.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team and work closely with the Marketing Lead to meet our business objectives.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing strategies, including Google Ads, Media buying and PPC campaigns to meet business objectives.
– Plan and manage the quarterly marketing budget allocations.
– Collaborate with our Creative Specialist on content creation and management.
– Conduct email marketing campaigns, track their performance, and refine future strategies based on data insights.
– Assist the Marketing Lead in executing online events.
– Optimize our online presence across key channels to drive leads and conversions.
– Analyze performance, refine strategies based on data insights, and report on ROI.
– Work on a full-time shift, following EST (8 am to 5 pm EST).

YOU’RE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
– Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly with Google Ads, Media buying and PPC campaigns.
– Has 5+ marketing management experience
– Proven track record of driving measurable B2B conversions through digital marketing.
– Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing.
– Demonstrated ability in building and nurturing online communities.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– A deep passion for B2B marketing and multi-channel engagement.
