Position Overview:
• As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s online presence and expanding our reach. Your primary responsibilities will include leading our social media and email marketing efforts. As our company continues to grow, so will your scope of responsibilities.
Experience Level:
• 5-10 years of experience in marketing
• A passion for continuous learning and upskilling
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing campaigns
• Manage email marketing strategies and campaigns
• Explore and implement innovative marketing techniques and technologies
• Collaborate with the team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
• Utilize CRM systems (HubSpot), automation tools (Zapier), and AI to streamline processes
• Identify opportunities to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness
Budget and Ad Spend:
• We offer a generous budget once you demonstrate performance at the required level.
Email Marketing:
• Experience with HubSpot is essential for email marketing. Knowledge of other email marketing platforms is a plus.
• CRM System and Automation:
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Zapier for integrations, and tools like Manychat is required.
We seek someone who is open to leveraging AI to improve workflows and is experienced in making work easier, faster, and better to manage.
Team Collaboration:
• This is a remote work role. You will collaborate directly with the company’s leadership and peers, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• KPIs will be discussed and tailored to your performance during the initial training phase.
Location and Remote Work:
• This is a remote work position; however, a stable internet connection with good speed is necessary.
