Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our growth through strategic online advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in Google and Facebook ads, with a strong focus on e-commerce conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, execute, and optimize Google and Facebook ad campaigns to drive sales and maximize ROI.
– Implement advanced targeting strategies to reach audiences in multiple countries and regions.
– Manage Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Search campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends and algorithms to identify new opportunities for growth.
– Collaborate with influencers to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
– Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results.
– Experiment with new ad formats and ad copy to continually improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
– Minimum of three years of experience in Google and Facebook advertising, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
– Proficiency in managing ad campaigns across multiple countries and regions.
– In-depth knowledge of Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Search campaigns.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
– Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad content and scripts.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Proven track record of driving results and achieving KPIs in digital marketing campaigns.
