We’re looking to hire a long-term, experienced digital marketing manager for our U.S. based marketing agency. This is an all-in-one role.
The ideal candidate will function as the liaison between our clients and our team as well as provide administrative support to our agency. This position requires speaking to clients regularly on the phone / Zoom and providing updates on the status of their projects.
9 AM – 5 PM New York EST time zone
Monday – Friday.

Blue Surge Marketing Agency is a digital marketing and website design firm founded in 2017. As a general agency, we work with several different types of U.S. based clients, particularly e-commerce brands and nonprofit organizations. Our services include PPC, social media management, email marketing, SEO, and more. We are headquartered in the USA but our team is based overseas in Pakistan and the Philippines. We have 8 employees.
Reporting directly to the CEO, will take ownership of our company’s marketing efforts, including developing our clients’ brands, focusing on generating a positive ROI for our agency, and staying up to date with the latest marketing tactics. Most importantly, this individual must take a profound interest in identifying new growth drivers for the business.
Since we are selling in the US market, the successful candidate must have a total command of the English language, and should have a strong understanding of US consumer preferences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Taking weekly calls with clients and clearly explaining to them the status of their project, what’s been completed, what’s up next, and upselling future services to the client
– Speak to clients and answer their questions over the phone, Zoom, email, and Slack
– Operate as the Account Manager for the agency and communicate between clients and the marketing team
– Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients
– Prepare weekly reports for clients and share findings
– Facilitate onboarding for new clients
– Function as an administrative assistant by performing general clerical duties needed by the agency including data entry, research, updating files
– Manage our CRM (GoHighLevel) by sending follow up emails to prospective leads
– Oversee all daily marketing operations from ideation to execution for our clients
– Report results on marketing tactics, providing actionable insights when available
– Work closely with the CEO to align on marketing priorities, while developing and implementing strategic plans for the department.
– Oversee our company’s digital marketing efforts across various advertising platforms
– Coordinate content creation (product listings, photos, videos, social media, email marketing, etc.) with key vendors including copywriters, graphic designers, and consultants.
– Manage our marketing budget and closely track and report KPIs on a regular basis.
– Monitor and track competition.
– Stay on the cutting edge of digital marketing tactics and trends.
– Take the initiative to identify and spearhead new projects that will drive growth.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Neutral or American accent
– You should be able to explain marketing well to our clients in a clear and concise way
– 5+ years of digital marketing experience
– 3 years of CRM experience with GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels.
– This position requires “EXCELLENT ENGLISH” skills.
– Mastery of various digital marketing tools and concepts
– Recent experience with e-commerce.
– Effective leadership and coaching skills
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Strong Project Management skills
– Detail-oriented, organized, data-driven and with a high degree of financial literacy
