Job Summary:
We are searching for a Senior Direct Response Copywriter who embodies our values and is passionate about creating powerful, results-driven copy. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our clients’ success stories and propelling Polianna’s growth. We are looking for someone who also has the leadership capability to grow a team of copywriters in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize and execute innovative direct response campaigns across multiple platforms.
Potential to lead and mentor a dynamic future team of copywriters.
Utilize AI tools to boost creativity and effectiveness in copywriting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning efforts with marketing goals.
Analyze and optimize campaign strategies for maximum ROI.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in direct response copywriting.
Proven success in leading impactful marketing campaigns.
Skillful use of AI in marketing workflows.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills for the US market
Excellent communication skills
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO (SEM is a plus)
Experience using WordPress is preferred but not required
Desktop and internet specifications:
A backup or dual internet connection must be set up (This is a must!)
At least a minimum quad-core CPU for the workstation/laptop; the faster the processor, the better. (This is a must!)

Compensation:
Monthly salary ranging from PHP 40,000 to PHP 70,000, depending on experience.
Comprehensive benefits package including HMO, SSS, Philhealth, HDMF.
