Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multiple marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Overstock, Houzz, Wayfair, Shopify, and more. This position requires excellent verbal and written English skills, a minimum of three years of ecommerce management experience, and at least two years of advanced ecommerce advertising knowledge. The successful candidate will also be responsible for handling leadership and customer service requests and participating in meetings as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

Manage and optimize product listings on multiple ecommerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Overstock, Houzz, Wayfair, Shopify, etc.).
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and visibility on each marketplace.
Monitor marketplace performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Advertising and Marketing:

Develop and execute advanced ecommerce advertising campaigns.
Monitor and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and tools to drive traffic and sales.
Customer Service and Leadership:

Handle customer service requests and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Participate in meetings and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Assist with other tasks as needed to support the overall success of the ecommerce operations.
Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of three years of ecommerce management experience.
At least two years of advanced ecommerce advertising experience.
Skills:

Perfect verbal and written English skills.
Strong understanding of various ecommerce platforms and their respective best practices.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
Other Requirements:

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
