Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for creating compelling visuals, and a proven track record of producing highly converting email designs for Klaviyo. In addition, you will play a key role in crafting engaging and effective Gifs and Social Images. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring our client’s brand’s vision to life and drive exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop captivating emails that align with the client’s brand identity and drive high conversion rates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design strategy.
Ensure all design materials maintain brand consistency and adhere to established guidelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaign designs.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
Familiarity with Klaviyo. Figma and ClickUp.
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Driven initiative for consistently improving the business overall within the scope of your work. 

[REQUIRED] Questionnaire and Creative Assessment:

Question 1: Provide an example of an email design you’ve worked on that resulted in significantly increased CTR and conversion rates. Explain the design choices you made and the strategies you employed to achieve this outcome.

Question 2: Imagine you’re tasked with creating an email campaign for a new product launch using a AI, Figma or PS to drive sales. Describe the key design elements you would include to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience.

Question 3: Choose a well-known e-commerce brand and propose a redesign for their social media profile banner. Provide a brief description of your design concept, color choices, and any interactive elements you would incorporate.

Question 4: How do you approach balancing creativity with maintaining brand consistency in your design work? Share an example from your past experience where you successfully achieved this balance.

Question 5 – Creative Assessment: Create a mock email for Revomadic’s latest products. The product is a high-end mini massage gun called “The Pill.” The email should be visually captivating and drive viewers to click through to our website. You can use placeholder text and images. Please provide both the email design and a brief explanation of the design choices you made.

Please provide a portfolio of designs you have made (MUST be related to ecommerce).

• 5+ years of experience in graphic designs for online e-commerce brands
• Strong knowledge of graphic guidelines for all social platforms and digital content
• Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Must know how to create GIFs
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent time management skills
• Work well under pressure
• Knowledge of ClickUp a plus
