POSITION SUMMARY
The Lead Finance Manager is responsible for helping 10x Global Services’ clients with their bookkeeping and accounting services prior to joining our Strategic Business Unit. This individual will perform financial and administrative work while adhering to and promoting our policies, rules, and regulations. They will be able to put our client’s in an optimal financial position to enter additional services with 10x Global Services’.

This position is 100% remote.

OBJECTIVES
• Manage employees, create goals for the team, and ensure efficient operations to meet deadline and targets
• Evaluate key metrics to gauge the quality of customer service, develops client-retention programs and resolves customer issues
• Coordinate the efforts of bookkeepers, accountants, and other staff members who provide services to clients
• Work with clients to create individualized scope of services based on client goals and needs
• Manage budgets and working with management to ensure that adequate funding is available for programs
• Implement training sessions for personnel and formulates a company’s customer service procedures
• Oversee the implementation of new services or changes to existing programs based on client needs
• Provide guidance to staff members on appropriate customer service procedures
• Review client complaints and taking action to address issues of concern
• Develop and implement pricing structures for services offered by the Organization

COMPETENCIES
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) and integrated applications
• Ability to oversee offshore bookkeeping services (hiring, management, and process development)
• Strong ability to sell and promote the bookkeeping services to attract more clients and bring in potential relationships
• Client financial management experience
• Broad knowledge of accounting principles GAAP and FASB
• Advanced Excel skills with an emphasis on Pivot tables
• Strong experience with AP/AR applications and can show client’s financial stakeholders how to utilize them
• Ability to summarize month end data analytics with actionable decision making

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CMA or CPA preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
