Primary Responsibilities
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
-Analyze and consolidate company financial data to generate comprehensive reports.
-Provide regular financial updates and insights to the executive team and owner.
Bookkeeping:
-Maintain precise financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
-Ensure accurate recording and efficient reconciliation of all financial transactions.
Payroll Management:
-Supervise company payroll procedures, ensuring punctual and error-free payments.
-Stay current with regulations and compliance, making necessary adjustments.
Financial Forecasting:
-Create and maintain financial forecasts and models to support strategic decisions.
-Establish financial goals and targets, projecting potential revenue and expenses.
Financial Coordination:
-Collaborate with various company departments involved in financial activities.
-Communicate financial goals, policies, and procedures throughout the organization.
Gatekeeping and Approval:
-Validate and authorize financial requests, ensuring transparency and policy adherence.
-Obtain approval from the owner for significant financial transactions.
Financial Monitoring:
-Regularly assess the company’s overall financial health, identifying trends and issues.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are advantageous.
-Proven expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
-Strong bookkeeping skills and proficiency in financial software usage.
-Thorough knowledge of payroll management
-Exceptional communication and coordination skills to collaborate with diverse departments, including proficiency in English and the ability to communicate well.
-Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain financial transparency and compliance.
-Strategic thinker capable of providing valuable financial insights and recommendations.
-Prior experience in handling financial operations for a start-up company with 150+ employees in the past is required.
-Previous work experience in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) setup is a significant advantage.

Random Access Memory (RAM):
To enable seamless multitasking and optimal performance of applications, allocate a minimum of 8 GB of RAM to your workstation.
Quiet Work Environment:

A dependable internet connection with a minimum download and upload speed of 15 Mbps is essential for efficiently handling video conferencing and file transfers.
