Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Data Analyst with extensive experience in importing and manipulating complex financial data with precision. This role entails seamlessly integrating and transforming large volumes of data into valuable insights. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional data acumen, quick thinking, and strong analytical abilities. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required. Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and efficient imports of straight financial data into our systems
Develop and implement complex models to analyze and interpret the imported data
Update client financial model data sets (copy and paste updated data from other software into client Google sheet)
Navigate and manipulate vast datasets, ensuring precision and avoiding any errors or omissions
Apply your exceptional intelligence and quick-thinking abilities to handle the intricate challenges of data manipulation
Provide insights and recommendations based on the analyzed financial data to support informed decision-making
Help build our client accounts and update financial models
Reconcile QBO data to our software after each build to ensure the presentation is complete and accurate
Update ClickUp tasks and projects
Continuously improve data integration processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Three (3+) years of relevant professional experience
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated knowledge and experience in Excel
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet formatting and functionality
Know how to reconcile those statements with our software and BS presentations
Know how to navigate within QBO reporting, HR/Payroll reporting systems (Gusto, Justworks, etc.), and Google Sheets
Great at managing multiple projects via ClickUp tasks
Able to work under MST hours
