Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Frontend Software Engineer with a strong background in to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing user-friendly, responsive, and high-performance web applications tailored to our clients’ needs. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
It’s a 1-month gig.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain complex web applications using and Material UI.
– Translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality code.
– Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
– Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
– Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
– Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
– Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
– 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
– Strong proficiency in and Material UI.
– Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
– Experience with state management libraries (Redux, etc.).
– Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
– Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
– Proficient in version control tools like Git.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
– Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with TypeScript.
– Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
– Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
– Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
– Previous experience in mentoring or leading a team of developers.
