Responsibilities:
Leading Dev Team: You will guide and mentor developers in the team, providing leadership and direction to ensure effective teamwork and project delivery.
Collaborating with other development teams for integration and deployment: You will work closely with other development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of software applications, fostering collaboration and coordination across teams.
Writing and delivering complex code and modules to meet requirements, functional and technical specifications: As a senior developer, you will be responsible for writing complex code and modules to meet project requirements, functional specifications, and technical specifications. Your expertise in Core and SQL Server will be crucial in this role.
Working with architects/designers: You will collaborate with architects and designers to define work items, ensuring that the development aligns with the overall architecture and design of the software.
Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and knowledge sharing among the team members.
Develop high-quality software design and architecture for web applications: Take a lead role in designing and architecting web applications, applying your expertise to create scalable and maintainable software solutions.
Develop new web applications and maintain existing ones using Core and SQL Server: Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of web applications, applying your extensive experience in Core and SQL Server.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices: Continue to conduct code reviews, not only for your team but also for the broader development organization, ensuring code quality and best practices are maintained.
Create and maintain technical documentation: Document software design, architecture, and technical specifications to facilitate understanding and knowledge transfer within the team.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization: Play a role in project planning, estimation of development efforts, and prioritization of tasks to ensure successful project execution.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development: Continuously monitor and adopt emerging trends and technologies relevant to web development, keeping the team informed and competitive.
Mentor junior developers and share your knowledge and experience: Act as a mentor to junior developers, sharing your extensive knowledge and experience to foster their growth and development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Full Stack development using Core and SQL Server.
Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles.
Proficiency in C#, Core, SQL Server, and related technologies.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience with modern development tools such as Git, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps.
Experience with database design, development, and optimization using SQL Server.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to mentor and lead junior developers.
