This position requires a lot of front-end work (you basically will create websites and animations from scratch) so if you don’t like dealing with HTML + CSS, this is not a match.
Also, you will be dealing with extremely complex animations sometimes – you need to consider this when applying.
Most of the time we will be dealing with e-commerces, so relative experience is a MUST.
Experiences with CMS (WordPress, Sanity etc) is a MUST.

Who You Are:
You’ve been in the web development game for 5+ years and have led a team for at least 2.
Your portfolio is a treasure trove of PHP and gems, especially with animations and e-commerce.
You’re a problem-solving ninja with a knack for analytical thinking.
Fluent in English and excellent in communication – you can chat, persuade, and explain with the best of them.
Degree in Computer Science? Awesome. Learned everything from the school of hard knocks? Equally awesome.
