Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior Google Ads and Social Advertising Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Google Ads campaigns and implementing effective social advertising strategies on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. You will work closely with clients, utilizing your expertise in lead generation, account setup, retargeting, creative design, and copywriting to drive outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
Google Ads Management: Utilize your expertise in Google Ads to develop and optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and lead generation for service-based businesses.
Social Advertising on Facebook & Instagram: Implement effective social advertising strategies on Facebook and Instagram to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Facebook Pixel Implementation: Comfortably implement the Facebook Pixel into various websites, enabling accurate data collection for campaign tracking and optimization.
Lead Generation Campaigns: Confidently set up lead generation ad campaigns on social media platforms, leveraging targeting capabilities to reach the right audience and generate high-quality leads.
Account Setup Assistance: Guide clients through the setup process for Facebook Business accounts, providing step-by-step assistance over Zoom for those who are unfamiliar with the process.
Weekly Client Meetings: Conduct weekly Zoom meetings with clients to discuss campaign performance, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns.
Retargeting Funnel Implementation: Implement retargeting funnels to engage with and convert website visitors who have shown interest in the client’s offerings.
Ad Hooks and Copywriting: Develop different ad hooks and craft compelling copy that resonates with the target audience, driving engagement and conversions.
Creative Testing and Design: Conduct creative testing to optimize campaign performance, utilizing tools like Canva to design visually appealing and impactful ad creatives.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and social advertising on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Instagram advertising best practices.
Comfortable implementing the Facebook Pixel into different websites for accurate tracking and optimization.
Proven experience in setting up lead generation ad campaigns and driving high-quality leads for service-based businesses.
Ability to guide clients through Facebook Business account setup over Zoom, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Strong proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to clients during weekly meetings.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop different ad hooks and write compelling copy that drives engagement and conversions.
Experience in conducting creative testing to optimize campaign performance and familiarity with tools like Canva for ad creative design.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal team members.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred).
