Senior Google Ads Marketing Specialist For US Agency

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads expert who can help our agency with multi-location digital marketing clients for local small businesses and e-commerce clients in the US.

Skills Requirements:
-100% ROI-focused campaign strategies able to drive ROAS, leads, and performance by strategy and tactics.
-Ability to review a funnel, landing page, or checkout process and provide constructive criticism.
-Has an expert level of experience with e-commerce Google Ads.
-Familiar with a project management system.
-Has worked with mid-sized clients with five-figure or six-figure monthly budgets.
-Expert in using Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
-Analytical, excellent attention to detail, and high problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations, learn new skills and processes efficiently, work independently with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity in fast-paced environments.
-The ability to launch basic Facebook Ads campaigns would be a bonus.
-Experience working in an agency across multiple accounts.
-Can work on the graveyard shift following EST US time zone.

Daily tasks include:

-Helping create paid search campaigns, PMax campaigns, and display campaigns – search term report review, campaign -strategy, feed management, and increasing ROAS should be something you excel at.
-Keyword research, changing ad copy, adjusting bid strategies, and account maintenance tasks.
-Customizing and building out Google ad campaigns.
-Performing audits for PPC campaigns.
-Perform ad-hoc admin tasks such as adding or removing, and exporting offline data into campaigns.
-Create and maintain dashboards/reports using templates and metrics given by the client.
