Compensation: Php 75,000 to Php 95,000 Monthly

We are looking for a talented Senior Google Ads & SEO Specialist to join our team and contribute to our clients’ success.

Web SEO

Experience in:
-Wordpress / Squarespace / Shopify (development capability an advantage but not required)
-Yoast
-Semrush
-Competent with AI as part of emerging workflows

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads
Develop, implement, and manage multiple Google Ads campaign types across various industries.

Experience in using: Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube Campaigns
-Perform daily/weekly/monthly account management and optimisations.
-Analyze performance metrics and provide and implement actionable insights for improvement.
-Collaborate with the sales, creative and project management teams to align on ad strategy.
-Keep up-to-date with Google Ads trends and best practices.

Absolutely required (Ads):

Ability to write a meaningful summary (in our style, training and examples provided) of a given time period’s performance, explaining the trends in simple English. Talk about optimisations made. Make recommendations when appropriate on opportunities that align with the established goals of the client. NO CHAT GPT-4. This will be tested as part of the hiring process.

GA4
-G-tag implementation
-Understanding of conversions and audiences and new GA4 capabilities.
-Cross domain tracking and other setup requirements
-Setup Custom Audiences

Tag Manager
-Create Containers and Install code on websites for new accounts.
-Implementation of tag strategy, client specific
-Create new Tags and Triggers
-Confident in working out issues and problems

Looker Studio
Elevated level skill sets and experience
Ability to custom build Looker Studio reports (we build from scratch, no templates, we make our own)

Website
-Front end website maintenance and website build capability in WordPress, Squarespace and/or Shopify is a bonus.

SEO (WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify):
-Perform keyword research to identify high-value search phrases.
-Implement on-page SEO strategies on WordPress, Squarespace and Shopify platforms, including meta descriptions, title tags, and site architecture.
-Conduct website audits to identify SEO issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
-Work closely with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content.
-Monitor and report on organic search performance metrics.
-Yoast is our preferred WordPress SEO platform

Qualifications / About you
-We are seeking a new team member with a combination of the right Attitude, Aptitude, Values, Skills.
-Must have a passion for learning and Strong analytical skills
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Minimum 5 years of current experience in Google Ads and SEO. Currently working in the field. Up-to-date with the latest trends in search engine marketing.
-Experience with using Click to view project management software is also a bonus.
